What This Position Is All About:
Primary stakeholder for the Associate discount and perks programs, responsible for all facets of program operations. In addition, this role has responsibility for contract review, benefit Implementation and system testing. The Benefit Specialist will also be a point of contact on escalated benefit issues from the Benefit Service Center.

As The Benefit Specialist, You Will:
- Bachelor�s � 4 year degree (preferred) or work equivalency.
3 years Benefits experience.
Proficiency with Excel and Word.
Experience running queries, and creating pivot tables.
How Often You May Travel:
- Primary stakeholder overseeing the Associate Discount programs for HBC Associates. Includes development, analysis, policy drafting, adjustments, and coordination with Marketing, Credit Services, Customer Services, and Communications.
Oversee the Associate Perks/Advantages program, including identifying new discount opportunities and primary contact for vendor partner.
Benefit implementation and system testing support (with Sr. Benefit Manager).
Contract review and coordination.
Handle escalated issues from Benefit Administration and Analysts.
Review weekly kickout report and make necessary payroll adjustments.
Assist in various research requests, including timely responses to audit inquiries; may develop and preparing reports, letters, and spreadsheets.
Assist in maintaining Benefit content on MyHBCBenefits and The HUB.
