What This Position is All About
The Associate PD&D Manager is responsible for successful execution of brand design strategy. In this role, the Associate�s core responsibilities are trend development and creating cohesive collections for Owned Brands. This individual must be able to understand the various demographics for the banner and create curated assortments based upon customer needs. The Associate is responsible for the timely execution of key design milestones from concept through final buy meeting. This person will also lead collaboration with execution partners including sourcing, technical design, merchandising, planning and buying. The associate will partner with external Design and vendor partners as appropriate by brand.

You have an understanding of garment construction
You have the confidence to present research trends and designs to the leadership team and cross-functional partners
You have the ability to work in a professional fast paced environment and can deal with shifting priorities
- You can successfully build relationships with cross functional departments and work with them on various tasks day to day
As the Associate PD&D Manager, You Will:
Be responsible for development and delivery of the seasonal design strategy of a small business area
Drive the timely execution of Design Calendar
Lead collaboration with execution partners, both internal and external
Create line sheets and have product knowledge
Lead and manage design processes and products of a small business area
Scan the market for trends and compile trend recaps and presentations for each banner respectively
- Development of tech packs
You Also Have
Bachelor�s Degree preferably in product development, fashion design or merchandising
3-5 years of experience in merchandising or product development
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
