Marketing Manager At HUB International

Key Responsibilities

Supports development and implementation of national campaigns to drive organic growth for the employee benefits practice and supporting industry practices. Works with internal and external resources to implement integrated content marketing initiatives that increase awareness of the HUB brand and drive sales opportunities. Support the development of ongoing thought leadership to effectively position HUB as an expert in delivering solutions to the small to middle market. In conjunction with other internal resources, provide ongoing internal communications and sales support to sales and account management teams to ensure they understand the HUB value proposition and are leveraging tools and resources available to them to acquire and retain clients.

Essential Job Functions

  • Understand market trends, competitive landscape and buyer journeys in order to actively contribute to the development of go to market approaches for the employee benefits practice and supporting industry practices.
  • Project-manage development and implementation of go-to-market strategies. Works closely with internal and external digital, social and design resources to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and ongoing lead generation initiatives.
  • Implement content marketing and thought leadership strategies to drive engagement among potential buyers and convert them to sales qualified leads. Coordinate and ensure consistent, high quality customer experience via email, webinar, enewsletter, and other channels.
  • Serve as marketing and communications counsel for employee benefits field marketing initiatives that are designed to acquire or retain customers.
  • Ensure consistent alignment with company’s visual branding/look-and-feel.

Requirements

  • At least 7 to 10 years' relevant experience in marketing and marketing communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications with strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Well-versed in digital marketing with success in implementing campaigns focused around online advertising, email marketing, social, blog, webinar and online experiences within the B2B space
  • Proven project management skills and an ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with overlapping timelines
  • Demonstrated success in interacting with senior management on the development of marketing strategies that impact sales and prospecting opportunities
  • Strong attention to detail and keen focus on quality
