The Executive Assistant supports the Management Team by performing administrative and multidisciplinary tasks.
Performs general project and administrative tasks to facilitate the work of the Operations team and client projects
Books non project related corporate travel and maintains travel schedule, along with the company
Ensures the timely execution of project paperwork
Coordinates internal projects and works cross functionally with departments
Involved with the purchasing process in company’s ERP systems
Collaborates with the finance department on various matters including monitoring credit cards expenses
Takes meeting minutes at management meetings and the finance meeting
Assists with administrative details, usually of a confidential nature
Assists in carrying out various duties as requested by management
AEC in administration and accounting, office administration, or equivalent
Three to five years experience in an administrative and office support position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Proficient with virtual communication platforms: Skype for Business, MS Teams, WebEx or equivalent
Worth with minimal supervision
Skills required to succeed in this role: strong time management, organized, flexibility, negotiation skills, creativity, ability to execute, detail-oriented, good team player, problem solving abilities, dependability and confidentiality, and customer-service orientation
