You are an experienced business professional who has been working in this area for the past 3-5 years with previous experience supporting systems solutions, business analysis and or data management. You seek challenges and personal development opportunities and have the courage to make a difference. You possess excellent communication skills and are constantly looking for more efficient ways to manage processes and company assets. You are a detail-orientated individual with an emphasis on information accuracy. You have advanced experience with Database Query and Reporting Tools such as PowerBI. Experience in Project Management would be an asset. You have a professional degree in Data Management, Business, Math and/or related discipline, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

You Will...
Work closely with the head of our business unit, the operations lead, and the engineering lead to develop the data model on business/operation/development process. Utilize the data models, gather data, perform analysis so that we can execute our mission to transform our organization to the highest efficiency. Outside of the core requirements, perform in-depth data analysis to identify areas of risk, opportunities and recommend solutions. Work with unique data analytic programs to deliver automated, self-managed solutions to our organization. Partner in the creation and tracking of KPI's that monitor the performance of projects. Work in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into advanced solutions such as AI, risk-based-testing, process optimization approaches and objectives; strong aptitude for quickly learning business operational, development process, adoption, and revenue models. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with both virtual and face-to-face interactions; utilize structured approaches to solving problems, managing risks, and documenting assumptions; communicate results and educate others through insightful visualizations, reports, and presentations. Build ingestion processes to prepare, extract, and enrich a variety of structured and unstructured data sources. Utilize a hypothesis-driven, problem-solving approach to design, construct, and rapidly test/iterate exploratory models that will reveal insight and opportunities for the client; proactively broaden and deepen client relationships by working with varying levels of client team members. Develop complex SQL queries to ask questions of large/complex datasets.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience of 2-3 years working with data from a variety of databases. Practical experience of 4-6 years performing all aspects of business and enterprise-level analysis Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish structure and coherence to business problems. Skilled in communicating complex ideas and solutions and you are open to ideas from others. Independent ability to review the data quality and data definitions, and perform data cleansing and data management tasks. Strong knowledge and/or experience in the following: SQL, BI tools (like Tableau and PowerBI), Python, R, ETL. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team to tackle unstructured data processing problems across a diverse range of cultures backgrounds. B.S in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, and/or Engineering Sciences with specialization in Business Systems Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis and Reporting, or similar.

Ability to explain data and analytics concepts to non-technical team members. Ability to apply data and analytics concepts to business problems. Ability to understand and explain the business value of data and analytics concepts. Strong relationship-building skills to interact with stakeholders, colleagues, and the wider community. Ability to provide crucial consultation, analysis, and recommendations on a broad range of projects in a deadline-driven environment with ambiguity. Effectively work as part of a business operations team, and communicate findings of the analysis, key implications, and recommendations in written and verbal formats. Comfortable working in an international context, within virtual teams and can interact easily with international stakeholders
