Seeking passionate, knowledgeable, experienced (from scratch) sourdough Bakers to join our team.
Dear Grain is a modern bakery on a mission to return bread to its rightful place in our lives. Our sourdough bread is a labour of love. We combine a slow fermentation process (12-36 hours) with high levels of hydration (80%+) to produce nourishing loaves that are both irresistible and ultra-digestible. We pride ourselves on our use of organic and heirloom grains to uphold quality and great taste. Operating both wholesale and direct to consumer arms.

Must have Requirements
2-3 yr of hands-on experience in commercial bakery is a prerequisite.
A highly accountable participant that is dependable reliable and well-organized with track record
Complete Knowledge of the full sourdough process from dough mixing to shaping and to baking.
Dynamic individuals that can work in past pace and multi-task as needed.
18-22$ (possible benefits) depending on experience.
Full time position:
Primarily day shifts between 5am - 6pm
Possible extension into evening 10pm
4-5 day per week (may include a weekend day per week).
