About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Automation & Loyalty Manager to join our team !
This role reports to the Manager Consumer Insight and Loyalty. We are looking for a Marketing Automation & Loyalty Manager that has good analytical skills, is organized and able to communicate cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will be responsible to build and implement from the ground up DAVIDsTEA's loyalty platform, ensure that loyalty is on top of everybody's mind and to spark excitement for loyalty in all business partners.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain marketing automation initiatives to drive increased engagement, retention and reactivation.
o Lifecycle triggers
o Program milestones Liaise with internal teams to develop, maintain and deploy messaging templates Build KPI dashboards to track program performance Research and propose new strategies/industry best practices to increase customer satisfaction Develop surprise and delight campaigns Liaise with internal analytics team to highlight potential segment strategies Liaise with internal teams to increase program sign ups

Requirements 3-5 years of experience with loyalty programs Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Experience with top tier CDP's Experience in customer-relationship management Firm understanding of customer journey's Experience with Email marketing

o Templates Dynamic content Communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills Self-directed and demonstrated ability to lead and execute assigned projects Understanding of the key pillars of loyalty Ability to communicate their technological needs to internal IT department
