Answering the phone and scheduling appointments with our Clients. Preparing customer contracts,, collecting receivables and performing payroll and payables. This is a one person office environment with very little supervision so must be a self motivator. Computer skills are important, Apple Mac computer and knowledge of quickbooks is a plus.
