Focus on Asset Management
The City of Regina is seeking a Project Engineer with experience in asset management to join the team in the Water and Sewer Engineering Branch.
Your previous professional experience with will be integral as you support the branch in continuing to build the comprehensive asset management approach that balances risk, costs and performance to deliver Utiltiy services to our customers. With the goal to effectively and efficiently achieve our organizational strategic plan, you will develop and implement key asset management strategies and plans to ensure financial resources are allocated in the most cost effective, sustainable manner. Of utmost importance is providing our customers with the greatest value for their money. By analyzing & interpreting complex data, information, processes, programs & problems, you will develop options, solutions, improvements & recommendations to the asset managment system that will support decision-making over the long-term.

If you have a University degree in Civil or Environmental Systems Engineering with a minimum of four (4) years engineering experience in a related water, wastewater or drainage field you are encouraged to submit your resume and cover letter. Preference will be given to those engineers who possess a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation through APEGS (Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Saskatchewan). Consideration may be given to those Engineers-in-Training (EIT) who are less than 2 years from achieving their Professional Engineer designation.
