The Information Technology Department requires a temporary full-time Information Technology Support Clerk, for approximately 5 months.
You will provide specialized clerical and administrative support to the department on the CITYPAL project. This will include providing business process functional analysis and requirements documentation, collaborating in process modelling, implementation design and configuration, preparing training materials and delivering in-class business process training.
You will have some related work experience, preferably in a municipal environment, and courses in computer technology, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for a post-secondary certificate or diploma. A demonstrated ability to work to timelines and experience with Infor Public Sector are required. Experience with any of the following would be strong assets: project documentation, VersionOne project software, Camtasia video editing, EPAK training materials development software, and/or IPS CDR modules.
(Pay Grade 18 – January 2018 rates)
Hours of Work:
The City of North Vancouver currently works on a compressed work schedule of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with one scheduled day off (Monday or Friday) approximately each three-week scheduling cycle.
