We are looking for a Parent Link Summer Student to join our Community and People team for approximately 40 hours per week from mid-May to August 31, 2019.
Reporting to the Team Lead of Early Childhood Services, the Parent Link Centre Summer Student is primarily responsible for assisting with program delivery for children and families.

Qualifications for this Role:
* Student must be enrolled in the field of early childhood studies, psychology, social services, social work, and/or family studies returning to full-time studies Fall 2019.* Babysitting and childcare experience is considered an asset.* Clear Criminal Record and Child Intervention Checks deemed satisfactory by the City of Chestermere* Valid Standard First Aid with AED/CPR Level C certification* Drivers Abstract and access to a vehicle * Highly motivated, energetic, and positive.* Passion for working with children and families.* Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.* Excellent customer services and communication skills.* Demonstrated ability in the use of computer systems including Microsoft Office and other software in a Windows environment.
