The City of Cambridge has an opening for a Temporary Municipal By-law Enforcement Officer in Bylaw Services, Corporate Services Department available immediately for approximately 6 months.
What you will be doing
The Municipal By-law Enforcement Officer is responsible for:
Two year College Diploma in Police Foundations or of similar educational background college diploma equivalent as a minimum
Experience and Knowledge
A minimum of two (2) years related work experience; in a municipal setting or equivalent

Proof of your current and valid certificate(s) and/or educational qualifications.
Valid G driver's license.
Worker Health and Safety Awareness Training Certificate from the Ministry of Labour
Current and valid Police Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check to be provided prior to commencement in this position.
This unionized position (Inside Workers) current hourly rate of pay is $36.06 per hour (2019 Rate).
Location of position
This position will be working out of City Hall, 50 Dickson St. Cambridge, Ontario.
Hours of work
Shifts consisting of 35 hours per week.
