We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager able to quickly develop skills to become a retail executive to oversee the daily operations of our retail business.
Working directly with the President of the company, the successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in online sales and strategies, experience as a retail supervisor and knowledge of diverse business subjects such as reports, negotiating, purchasing, marketing, human resources, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and be able to motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity. The goal is to manage our stores in ways that boost revenues and develop the business.
We are seeking a qualified person to fill a leadership role, someone who is dynamic, very available and able to learn new skills quickly. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to eventually assume many of the responsibilities of the President. Candidate must understand that remuneration and success will be determined by performance and attaining reasonable goals. Long-term goal will be to develop and fit into the role of Vice-President of the company.
