Position Title: Inside Sales Representative

California Solar Integrators, Inc. (aka CalSolar Inc.) is one of California's largest design/build Solar PV & Solar Water Heating contractors, with a primary focus on commercial and multifamily buildings. CalSolar Inc. is uniquely positioned as one of only half-dozen contractors in California with both Solar PV & Solar Water Heating capabilities. As new building code laws are implemented, including 2016 Title 24, more developments are required to have both Solar PV & Solar Water Heating. This means the demand for CalSolar's services are at an all-time high, with very limited competition in our niche market.

Position Summary : The Inside Sales Representative will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into business accounts, which include research, outbound prospecting, and inbound lead qualification. You'll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target, and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

The Inside Sales Rep. will have high-level communications with senior executives about their business, their ownership structure, and their operations. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has advancement potential within the sales organization, and the compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure.
