Spécialiste de l'intégration - Expérience de formation / Integration Specialist - Training Experience

Role and Responsibilities

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche de candidats hautement motivés pour se joindre au département d'Expérience de Formation, au sein de l'Ingénierie Mondiale de CAE. Nos produits logiciels sont utilisés par les instructeurs de vol lors de l'entrainement des équipages dans les marchés Civils et Militaires.


Rôles et responsabilités:

  • Dans un environnement de hautes technologies et de produits civils/militaires, déceler les problèmes dans les logiciels/ le matériel et participer activement à les régler en tenant au courant les ingénieurs et techniciens concernés.
  • Assembler les différentes composantes logicielles afin de créer le produit de station d’instructeur.
  • Assurer l’encadrement et le soutien technique des ingénieurs logiciel dans l’intégration et la validation de leurs systèmes.
  • Assurer le contrôle de la gestion de la configuration des logiciels.
  • Assure la maintenance des laboratoires pour les développeurs
  • Assurer le rôle de premier point de contact pour toute question technique concernant le poste d’instructeur.
  • Faire la pré-validation des changements et correctifs
  • Participer au plan d’intégration

Exigences:

  • Baccalauréat en génie ou en informatique. Expérience pertinente en intégration logiciel ou matériel un atout.
  • Connaissance des langages de programmation C, C++, C# et .Net et des langages de scripts (Perl).
  • Connaissance des outils de développement Microsoft pour la plate-forme Windows (Visual Studio .NET 2005 et plus).
  • Connaissance d’un outil de gestion de configuration (p. ex. : GitHub, Starteam).
  • Connaissance des outils servant à déverminer le logiciel (.NET et/ou Windbg, DBX, GDB, REST API).
  • Connaissance des techniques pour déverminer le logiciel.
  • Connaissance des logiciels et des applications CAE requise (CAELIB, STARTEAM, SIM XXI, LaunchPad, SLD).
  • Connaissances des interfaces utilisateur (UX) un atout
  • Initiative, autonomie, dynamisme, et esprit d’équipe.
  • Solides compétences en planification et en organisation. Capacité à s’adapter rapidement aux changements technologiques.
  • Démontre une forte appartenance (ownership) et une flexibilité face aux tâches et projets assignés ainsi qu'une habileté à travailler et prendre des décisions de façon autonome.
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer les problèmes.
  • Approche axée sur les résultats.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication.
  • Bonne connaissance de l’environnement Windows, et/ou UNIX et des PC.
  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis.

We’re seeking highly motivated candidates to join Training Experience department within CAE's Global Engineering. Our software products are used by Flight Instructors to conduct training and evaluation for aviation crews in the Civil and Defense & Security markets.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • In an environment of high technologies and civil/military products, detect the software / hardware problems and take an active part in solving them while keeping the engineers and technicians concerned posted.
  • Assemble the various software components to create the instructor product.
  • Lead and offer technical support to software engineers during integration and validation of their systems.
  • Ensure software configuration management control.
  • Ensure lab availability for developers
  • Be the first point of contact for any technical matter about instructor components.
  • Ensure proper operation when integrated in Training product simulation.
  • Pre-validate changes and corrections in the final offering.
  • Take part in the integration plan

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Computer science. Related experience in software or hardware integration an asset.
  • Knowledge of C, C++, C# and .Net programming languages and scripting languages (Perl).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft development tools for Windows platform (Visual Studio .NET 2005 and higher).
  • Knowledge of a configuration management tool e.g. Starteam, GitHub.
  • Knowledge of tools used for software debugging (.NET and/or Windbg, DBX, GDB, REST API).
  • Knowledge of software debugging techniques.
  • Knowledge of CAE software and applications required (CAELIB, STARTEAM, SIM XXI and SLD).
  • Knowledge of User Interfaces (UX) an asset.
  • Self-motivated, independent, dynamic, team player.
  • Strong planning and organizational skill. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in technology.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and strong project and assigned tasks ownership as well as ability to work and make decisions unsupervised.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good Knowledge of Windows and/or UNIX Environment and PC hardware.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
