Marketing Operations Manager At BuildingConnected

The Role
  • Were looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Demand Generation team and own marketing attribution, reporting, analytics and our tech stack.
  • Create and analyze reports on marketing attribution and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact, making recommendations on areas for optimization and alignment.
  • Own the lead lifecycle - measure, monitor, and optimize the revenue funnel from inquiry to MQL to closed-won opportunity.
  • Analyze campaign results and optimize to increase engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, program performance and the effectiveness of marketing spend.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database and ensure accuracy.
  • Define and drive technology strategy for the Demand Generation team, working closely with internal stakeholders to reduce friction, enable scale and minimize overhead.
  • Lead the deployment of third party software systems and their integration with the marketing technology stack.
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance of the technology stack including integration of data between the systems.
  • Drives the strategy for operational projects within our marketing automation system
  • Responsible for supporting internal stakeholders with marketing system training and documentation.
  • Work with the Data team to build lead scoring for sales lead prioritization and marketing to sales hand-off.
  • Develop automated processes for manual functions within the team.
Skills Required
  • 4+ years working in Marketing Operations at a high growth tech company
  • A solid understanding of SaaS sales
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility and agility to operate in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Problem solving abilities
  • High level of discipline to work practices and an eye for detail
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
  • Experience working in HubSpot and Outreach or similar automation tools
  • Experience working in Salesforce
  • Experience working in LeanData is a bonus
  • Sales experience is a bonus
  • Self-motivated and able to effectively manage projects, both independently and as part of a team
