Product Manager

Your innovation and foresight will drive a product strategy to create a platform which opens a world of possibilities for our customers, vendors and employees. As a Product Manager, you will live at the intersection of technology, business and user experiences. A master of integrating many sources of information and ideas to create a coherent vision, you will play an essential role in the growth of the organization.


What You’ll Do

  • Define and lead product strategy and roadmap
  • Create the vision for our products and user experiences which open a world of possibilities for our customers, and suppliers
  • Facilitate internal and external stakeholders, and integrate competitive information and strategy to determine short and long term priorities and features
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and business leaders and partner with UX/UI to create an exceptional user and vendor experience.
  • Competitive product analysis through your leading industry knowledge
  • Create preliminary design concepts and work closely with the Technology team to implement and iterate
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to drive decision making
  • Oversee product management lifecycle end to end
    • perform post launch analyses
    • capturing key outcomes and implement changes based on learnings
    • review A/B tests to support continual optimization of the product and business plan
  • Identify and Manage strategic vendor relationships


What You’ll Achieve

  • Articulate a product strategy and vision with a 3-5 year timeframe, including short-term (one year) priorities and focus areas
  • Participate in the definition and growth of the Product Management strategy
  • Develop competitive product analysis reporting including market trends
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators to track and report innovation launches and feature adoption


What You Need to Know

  • Proven success in executing product strategy and vision
  • 8 + years of Product Management experience
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, business, user experience, technology and executives
  • Knowledge leader in evolving product strategies based on an integrated view of business/user requirements and industry/competitive trends
  • Experience within an eCommerce and/or Platform company
  • Advocate of the Scrum/Agile process
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, MBA preferred
