To provide customer service to support customer queries and requests thereby enhancing customer service and experience and retaining potential and existing customers in the Connect zone environment.
What You'll Give Our Customer
Your main responsibilities will include Compliance, which is authenticating clients personal information, applying and adhering to the Service Level Agreements and review the applications of potential customers. You will also deal with general enquiries, like assisting the client with basic queries, merging the clients profile into the system, obtain/ capture the client’s data and managing or maintaining daily targets. First call resolution is of high importance, so you will be required to resolve incoming request, capture the information and escalate customer queries to relevant departments.
