Small Business Digital Strategy Consultant will report to the Head of Small Business Digital. This role will support the overall growth of the business by developing strategies including multi-year plans, growth levers, and client segmentation. This role requires the candidate to work closely with digital sales product leaders and partners in analytics, marketing, technology, finance, and control functions.
Primary responsibility will be defining and implementing small business sales and service strategy to ensure digital is being fully leveraged to improve our client experience, drive sales, reduce attrition, reduce servicing cost, and improve associate experience and productivity.
Strategy consulting / developing business strategies
Excellent communications, both written and verbal
Ability to develop succinct and compelling case for change
Strong analytical skills to be able to evaluate ideas, prioritize initiatives, quantify benefits, and evaluate performance.
Creative problem solving with proven ability to formulate recommendations based on a broad set of inputs and facts, including areas of ambiguity
Strong collaboration skills needed to effectively gather information and syndicate ideas in a large, matrixed organization
Knowledge of, and proficiency in digital product and/or project management space with 5+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
