Senior Manager of Impact Marketing, Sustainability & Foundation At Autodesk

Location: San Francisco, California

Job Description

You will build Autodesk’s reputation as one of the most authentically impactful brands on the planet. Autodesk has been helping customers to design and make a better world for over a decade. Only recently have we decided to make impact foundational to our brand and scale these efforts significantly. At Autodesk, impact is inclusive of all areas we report on in our sustainability report – both social and environmental impact. You will set and drive impact marketing in support of Autodesk’s Impact brand strategy. You will be responsible for a combination of setting strategy, execution, and enabling and supporting other teams to become successful as impact marketers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop impact-related messaging, frameworks, and other tools related to the impact pillar of our Brand
  • Develop and maintain thought leadership point of view on impact that is fresh, relevant and industry-leading
  • Maintain web properties communicating Autodesk’s comprehensive impact story and performance
  • Support investor relations with impact messaging and materials as needed
  • Re-envision the annual Autodesk sustainability report to communicate impact to broad set of stakeholders
  • Serve as point person to elevate impact customer stories for use by other marketing teams
  • Enable brand marketing teams to effectively lead with impact, by integrating content across Sustainability, Autodesk Foundation, as well as other impact initiatives at Autodesk
  • Provide ongoing expertise on impact marketing trends relevant to Autodesk business and target markets
  • Oversee impact-related metrics of brand health study and collaborate to adjust our strategy as needed
  • Build and grow a practice of impact marketing - managing budget, contractors, and/or a team
  • Identify geo-based impact marketing opportunities and potential ways to address these

Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing
  • Track record of setting and achieving aggressive quantifiable marketing results
  • Experience leading and working with cross-functional marketing teams
  • MBA and/or Masters’ degree preferred
  • Impact and/or sustainability experience a plus

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • Familiarity with design and engineering software and Autodesk customers
