Arthur and Lucca (Mens and Womens Custom Apparel and Alterations)
We have created the top tailor shop in Chicago over the past 5 years by having a great customer experience and bringing a high level of technical knowledge to our fittings. In 2018 we launched our custom clothing options to continue to grow as a brand and assist our customers with wardrobe essentials while achieving an excellent fit.
We look for people that want to wake up excited to work on something special in the apparel space, people that can't fall asleep because they keep coming up with ideas, people that want to work with a team to create and build something that is bigger than themselves.
We schedule all interactions with our customers as appointments and manage our time very efficiently, always asking ourselves what is the most important thing we should be working on right now. We're interested in being the best, building the best, and then standing behind what we offer with confidence.
We move fast and don't hesitate to make a decision, we'd rather give something our best and fail than not do anything. When something doesn't work we fix it, and when it could be better we keep improving it until it's the best it can be.
Everyone on our team is self-managed, which is both a perk and an expectation. You need to be able to motivate yourself and your peers, prioritize what you are working on, take on projects that matter and that you enjoy, change the things you don't like or that could be better, and consistently push everything you are working on forward. We strive to never waste a single minute, we practice greatness every day because we want to be exceptional.
We're a tight team and are all invested in what we are creating, you need to be ready to hustle and prove yourself on day one and always lead by example.
