Product Owner At Arobas Personnel inc.

Location: Montréal, Quebec

Job Description

Arobas Personnel is looking for a Product Owner for a full-time position at one of our clients in Montreal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take full ownership of the features that you oversee
  • Own the product features roadmaps from end to end
  • Ensure success and growth of the product by developing a product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management framework
  • Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs, PRDs, UI/UX & flow, wireframes, define AB test and user stories, prioritize backlog and handle development/engineering
  • Analyze the success of the feature once its released to production, responsible for the usage data and patterns, and run tests to optimize & improve performance and business results
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions related to the various challenges that will be handled by the team
  • Effectively communicate the scope to the development team and assist them by prioritizing / documenting the stories that need to be implemented
  • Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, etc.) to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation
  • Take full responsibility of creating a fluent Scrum – Agile process in the team
REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming field
  • Goal oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership on projects
  • Mover & shaker, who adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to detail
  • Great communicator who can clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English)
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and to influence effectively
  • A problem solver – highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem
  • Ability to find creative solutions to design and business challenges
  • Proven history of managing complex design projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
