Job Description
Business Growth Consultant role encompasses four critical functions: account management, business development and candidate placement. The Business Growth Consultant works with a team of Staffing Consultants in a specified geographic territory to develop and promote new business opportunities, manage and grow existing client relationships, and ensure SLAs are met.. Compensation is a combination of base salary, commission and performance bonuses based on new business development and ongoing account management.

Roles & responsibilities:
The Business Growth Consultant has the following roles & responsibilities:
Account Management
- Oversee the management of an existing client base
- Directly manage key accounts ensuring all SLAs are met and new business development opportunities identified
- Work with a team of Staffing Consultants to ensure all clients are engaged and service levels met
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business relationships within your region
- Work with Staffing Consultants in each branch (Brampton & Mississauga) to engage new opportunities through referrals, cold calls and inbound marketing
- Engage large and small organizations in a consultative sale process
- Address client issues and inquiries regarding current business and potential contracts
- Work with V.P. Business Development to identify and close key new business opportunities
Candidate recruiting & engagement
- Work with a team of Staffing Consultants to develop recruiting forecasts based on client requirements
- Ensure interview and testing standards are maintained as per each clients requirements
Requirements:
- An understanding of industrial staffing desirable, but minimum 2+ years of experience in account management and/or business development
- Ability to balance changing priorities; remain organized in day
- Passionate about building relationships
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communicator and negotiator
- Visiting existing and potential clients. Must have own transportation
Compensation:
- Base salary $50K to 60K depending on experience; commission structure on new and existing accounts, and potential bonuses on top
