Successful completion of a four (4) year university degree in Computer Science.
ICRM or PMI certification and an AIIM (ERM or ECM Master) certification is preferred.
Minimum four (4) years’ prior experience with SharePoint.
Knowledge of business process management including strategy, planning, design and implementation.
Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 and 2016, including administering SharePoint farms, SharePoint functionality (e.g. libraries) and tools; applications services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages and usages of Search and Managed metadata.
Knowledge of records management principles (identification, retention, and disposition) is an asset.
Demonstrated success at diagnosis, management and resolution of complex analytical and technical issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work closely with end-users and communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
Ability to adhere to guidelines, work unsupervised and demonstrate ownership of work product.
Problem solving abilities in order to leverage existing expertise to solve problems, rapidly acquiring new skills and the ability to master unfamiliar subject matter.
Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal members at all ranks, Region of York staff, vendors/suppliers and other police services to gather information, develop new business processes and user needs, and to share knowledge and best practices.
Valid Class “G” Driver License.
