The Marketing Manager is responsible for effectively assist in leading all marketing initiatives as well as managing and ensuring that all programming and activations within Arlo Hotels and its venues are strategically planned, executed and integrated into all media vehicles.

- You build strong partnerships with internal customers and outside vendors
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Responsible for the production and coordination of onsite activations at our properties Arlo SoHo and Arlo NoMad.
- Work directly with the Corporate Director of Marketing on execution of activations, programming and partnerships.
- By direction of the Corporate Director of Marketing assist in developing strategic events based upon overall calendar, history, & venue
- Assist in support the sales team and lead generation efforts;
- Work directly with marketing team to create promotions and advertisement for Arlo Hotels.
- Key partner in building Brand awareness and positioning by evaluating and maintaining marketing strategy.
- Regularly contact existing accounts to stay on top of marketing initiatives.
- Ensuring timely execution & delivery of initiatives,
- Proper tracking of promotions and strategies
- Work in conjunction with media partners to leverage and maximize event activation opportunities & value ads.
- Responsible for event master worksheets (e.g. Event Overview and One Sheet)
- Develop and execute event advertising needs
- Scheduling and monitoring production of each marketing initiative.
- Requires analysis, creativity, production oversight and coordination of various marketing projects, management of marketing calendars and
monitoring production of each project.
- Inspires & lives the Arlo culture; understands, communicates, and acts in accordance with Arlo Hotel's core values and demonstrates their connection to the success of the business.
- You possess excellent communication and leadership skills and are a strong.
- Develop a full working knowledge of the operations of the hotel, including Food and Beverage, Guest Services and Reservations.
- Strong focus on Social Media, Public Relation and Content Marketing.
- Meet or exceed set goals set forth by the Corporate Director of Marketing
- Assist in operating the Marketing budget within established sales expense budget.
- Monitor production of all accounts that have marketing agreements and evaluate market initiatives to ensure there is a ROI.
- Regularly contact existing accounts to stay on top of marketing initiatives.
- Invite clients to the hotel for entertainment,lunches, tours and site inspections.
- Work closely with Food & Beverage and operations teams to plan,coordinate, and execute onsite VIP and PR related functions
- Perform all other job-related duties as requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High-energy and possess excellent customer service and sales skills, are especially effective in this position.
- Three - Five years of experience in organizing and managing events, including corporate meetings, trainings, luncheons, weddings, and other special occasions.
- Previous hotel marketing venue experience an asset
