Automotive Internet Sales Consultant At Arlington Subaru Mazda

Job Description

Napleton's Arlington Subaru Mazda is now hiring qualified candidates to join our internet sales department team as an INTERNET SALES CONSULTANT , dealing with leads generated by our Internet Sales initiatives including leads generated by our website, search-engine marketing efforts, Subaru factory referrals, Cars.com, Truecar and their affiliates and other sources.

Subaru has tripled their sales volume since we acquired the franchise in 2010 and we need to expand our sales force by adding up to 3 personnel. The Internet Sales Consultant will expect to handle 200+ leads per month, of which will result in sales of 15-20 units on a monthly basis. We have the support, processes, customer base, and technology in place.... But we're missing YOU!

If you sell 15 cars per month, you can expect to earn $75,000 minimum annually in this position.

If you sell 20 cars per month, you can expect to earn $100,000 minimum annually in this position.

Internet leads have grown year over year and we need to plan for 20% higher lead volume. Due to staff changes and expansion, we will hire up to three (3) talented individuals to work directly with our New Subaru and Used car clients and with our General Manager and Sales Management team to ensure no sales opportunity is missed, and that all leads are responded to in a consistent, professional manner.

The Internet Sales Consultant position will need the ability to handle a "start-to-finish" sales process on a significant load of high-quality, paid and organic internet leads with a high-end clientele. Looking for experienced showroom and internet sales managers with proven ability to follow process.

Compensation:

-Vehicle commissions and monthly volume and incentive bonuses. Generous aftermarket and accessory spiff program.

-Customer Satisfaction (CSI) score bonus, monthly volume bonus, and many more incentives to succeed!

-All in, we pay out over $350 per vehicle sold on average (salary, bonus, commission, spiffs)

-In addition, earn up to $150 per new car sold additional to dealership compensation with manufacturer-backed volume incentive (ASCENT program).
