Provide day-to-day administrative support for operations and facility departments for the warehouse as well as the corporate headquarters. Focus is on providing efficient and timely service to guest and as well as employees.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for all phases of troubleshooting and training related to electrical panels and automated systems. Assist with schedules, meeting deadlines and provide training as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Responsible for troubleshooting and training for new and existing customers, which includes but not limited to: Circuit troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, automated program troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, ability to read and write electrical schematics
• Upload and download new or existing programming
• Training customers in operational procedure and troubleshooting
• Assisting in generation of new electrical panels and any other tasks related to automated machinery.
• Traveling to various work sites both domestic and abroad is required.
• Must be able to field customer phone calls in timely and concise manner.
• Required to work in a team atmosphere.
• Overtime may be required including nights and weekends.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Must be able to lift fifty pounds in a safe manner.
• Must demonstrate and follow established procedures for safety and monitor safe work habits of others working in the department.
• All other duties as assigned
• Minimum 3-5 years of related automation experience with HMI, SCADA, PLC's, and general control system design.
• Proven attitude regarding personal safety, the safety of co-workers and the public
• 5 years' experience with complex automation control systems.
• High level of experience with Rockwell PLC platforms.
• Demonstrable expertise using various end devices including pressure and temperature transmitters, ultra-sonic flow meters, and vibration meters.
• Experience with network and automation communication protocols including wireless platforms.
• Communication Protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, HART, OPC)
• Attention to detail with a high regard for functional excellence
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft operating systems and Office programs including Access, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple disciplines
• Must be able to read and understand P&ID's, construction drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• CAP (Certified Automation Professional)
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Visual Basic and other compiler languages
• Experience with Factory Talk Suite, IntellutionSuite, Wounderware Suite, and Visual Basic/C#/Java is a plus
• Ignition SCADA experience a plus
• DCS experience with DeltaV and Foxboro a plus
• Siemens PLC experience a plus
• Wounderware programming experience a plus
• Bachelors Degree in Electronics or related electrical field.
• 4+ years field experience
