Arizona Benefit Consulting is a leading employee benefit consulting firm. We are looking for an experienced and talented bookkeeper with outstanding organizational, written and verbal communication skills to join our finance department and become a valuable member of our organization.
Job Summary:
Processes company payroll bi-monthly, including multiple types of payroll calculations for commissions and assemble and post the journal entry into Quickbooks.
Reviews all invoices for appropriateness and enter into A/P system, including gathering supporting documentation, and commission statements if needed.
Prepares check run bi-monthly
Produce analyses related to payroll and commissions paid, as requested, presenting information in a useful and understandable way.
Qualifications:
Payroll experience required
Accounts payable experience required
4 to 5 years' experience
Intermediate Excel, with strong analytical skills
Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
