Our Fabric Department are experts in sourcing and developing high-quality fabrics on time and to the best price, delivering beautiful clothes our clients want to wear.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Fabric Senior Manager, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for sourcing high-quality fabrics to achieve our overall product design vision while delivering to our clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations. We’ll lean on you to be accountable for identifying key inspiration and marketplace fabric trends and overseeing the fabric sourcing, development, and costing process across all fabrics and brands. As a vital member of this team, you’ll leverage your seasoned expertise to mentor and develop your team as well as improve upon how and what we do.

THE JOB

As the Fabric Senior Manager, you will:

• Act a team player, supporting and mentoring the your team while driving results
• Support and oversee mill capacity planning with cross-functional partners and identify and share seasonal fabric opportunities
• Identify and present a comprehensive landscape of fabric trends and options to cross-functional partners based on industry and marketplace research
• Collaborate across the product organization to deliver the best product at the right time and price
• Negotiate and align of pricing while keeping all pricing communication and administrative tools up to date with changes

QUALIFICATIONS

The Fabric Senior Manager, you has:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience in fabric management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high performance team
• Retail experience within fashion/apparel
• The passion to build, develop and grow
