THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Product Talent Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and champion Aritzia’s culture and optimize our most valuable asset - our people!

As a key member of the People & Culture department, you will make an impact at Aritzia by:

• Working closely with the business to drive and support all talent management functions in the lifecycle of an employee with a focus on planning, developing and evaluating
• Shaping and implementing people initiatives to build and grow the business
• Acting as a thought partner for all matters related to people and helping to create a passionate, committed, and productive work environment through continuous coaching and development of our people
  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

As a top rated specialist you are a driver of innovation and a subject matter expert with a history of successfully creating and implementing the latest and greatest best practices in your field.

In addition, you have:

• Minimum 8 years’ of Human Resources business partnership experience within a fast paced organization
• Human Resources experience within Retail; ideally Apparel Retail/Vertical Apparel
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/Commerce or Human Resources
• Strong business acumen
• CPHR is an asset, but not required
