The Department

The Public Relations team builds Aritzia brand awareness and brand affinity. They are experts in the right messages, at the right time to the right people.

The Opportunity

As the Public Relations Associate, you will be part of the team responsible for building awareness, strengthening affinity and positioning the Aritzia brand. You will directly support the Public Relations strategy through flawless execution of key Public Relations activities and events. In this role you will act as a brand ambassadors – this is your opportunity to share your passion for Aritzia and its brands across all channels in all places.

The Job

As the Public Relations Associate, you will:

• Create and maintain media and influencer lists
• Represent Aritzia in a polished and professional manner as a brand ambassador
• Ensure cross departmental communications and efficiencies
• Manage the PR team calendar
• Represent PR at the weekly department and brand meetings
• Support the general day to day of the PR team: gifting and sample loans, research, media requests, development of media materials and event support

QUALIFICATIONS

The Public Relations Associate has:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience in Public Relations
• Demonstrated ability to grow awareness and position a brand
• A passion for the Aritzia brand
• The passion to build, develop and grow!
