Marketing - Internal Communications Copy Writer At Aritzia

Our Internal Communications Department drives engagement and fuels our culture by providing the right message, at the right time in the right way. They have their finger on the pulse of our business and distill what’s truly meaningful for our people to know.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Internal Communications Content Creator, you will be part of the team responsible for creating and amplifying our internal messages. You will create content for a variety of initiatives from product knowledge of a new brand launch and magnetic executive speeches for special events to behind-the-scenes content for internal social media and our intranet.

This is an opportunity to combine your ability to identify compelling content with your excellent writing and editing skills. You will collaborate with hard-working cross-functional partners - all in an effort to create the best possible employee experience at Aritzia.

This role offers the ability to grow into Aritzia’s Creative Services department, and will have mentorship into the head of the Copy Writing team at Aritzia.

THE JOB

As the Communications Content Creator, you will:

• Support to the development of communication strategies and tactics for internal initiatives
• Develop copy across a range of mediums: digital, print, live events, and video
• Leverage Artizia’s internal tone of voice to write copy that is original and appropriate for different needs
• Champion for and partner with different areas of business through communication and copy support

QUALIFICATIONS

The Internal Communications Content Creator has:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred
• Proven experience in content creation across a variety of mediums
• Demonstrated ability to write with a distinct brand voice, creatively, with wit, word play and precision
• The passion to build, develop and grow!
