Information Technology - Supply Chain Technology Head At Aritzia

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Supply Chain Technology Head plays the leadership role in leveraging technology to drive, operate and support our supply chain systems. Responsibilities center on strategy development, implementation and day to day technology operations. Through excellent relationships with Supply Chain, coupled with a keen business and technology understanding, the Supply Chain Technology Head architects, plans, develops, executes and manages the implementation and support of Aritzia’s fulfillment systems.

As a key member of the Information Technology team you will make an impact at Aritzia by:

• In collaboration with Senior Leadership partners, shaping the vision and delivering value generating technology solutions
• Overseeing the upgrade of existing WMS and provide technical leadership to the optimization of geographically dispersed operations
• Leveraging a deep understanding and curiosity about our customer and business
• Leading and mentoring a team of experts dedicated to delivering and running world class systems
• Engaging with the Supply Chain, Retail, eCommerce and Marketing Divisions and Departments to align cross-functional initiatives and efforts

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

As a seasoned professional in your craft, you use your experience to drive business results through inspirational and effective leadership of your team. As an entrepreneur you look past what ’is’ and see what ‘could be,’ with recognition that it takes collaboration, detail and heart to be successful. In addition, you have:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain technology solutions
• Experience conceptualizing, scoping, planning and managing complex projects
• Experience identifying issues, gathering requirements and designing successful solutions
• Experience in software development and / or roll out
• Tier 1 WMS and ERP knowledge
• Excellent communication ability and relationship building skills
• Knowledge of and / or experience in both Retail and eCommerce
• Experience working with multi-site distribution centres (experience working with 3PLs would be an asset)
• Experience with order management and Omni channel environments
