Information Technology - Applications Management Business System Analyst At Aritzia

As the Business Systems Analyst, Support you will heavily partner with Aritzia’s Finance and People groups turn their technology roadmap into reality. Working as a liaison between the business and technology, you will develop detailed knowledge of critical applications. This position will be responsible for engaging with business partners to identify, design, implement, and support technology solutions to drive the business forward. Not only will you support the management of projects from strategy through to execution, you are somebody who is passionate about partnering with the business to ensure all implemented technology solutions continue to meet their evolving needs.
In addition, you will make an impact at Aritzia by:

• Supporting strategic initiatives across various project lifecycles
• Working with the business to identify, prioritize, and manage enhancements to existing applications/reports
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation and troubleshooting procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Finance, Business, Marketing, and/or Technology)
• Foundational experience of translating business requirements into technical solutions

• Self-motivation with the ability to work under strict deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
