The mission of the Transaction Services Department is to ensure sales transactions are complete and payments and collections are accurate and optimized.
As a member of the Transaction Services department, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring sales accuracy and minimizing sales risk. As the Sales Audit Coordinator, you will support in reconciling, auditing and investigating sales transactions in partnership with Risk. As the Sales Audit Coordinator, you will:
a) Reconcile cash and credit card deposits back to POS transactions
b) Investigate, resolve and report on cash discrepancies by store by day
c) Investigate, resolve, and report on chargeback disputes
d) Investigate, resolve, and escalate issues with debit and credit card payment
e) Consolidate and file store transactional information
