Digital - Product Senior Manager At Aritzia

Everyone in our Digital Product Management Department shares a common goal, building and optimizing our digital infrastructure, to keep our foundation stable and propel our growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Digital Product Manager, you will join the team responsible for defining and delivering new customer experiences on Aritzia.com to help achieve company goals and serve our clients. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams from Technology and UX Design to Creative and Merchandising with the goal of enhancing our site experiences and delivering new ones.

As the Digital Product Senior Manager, you are responsible for the digital product road map and the ownership of feature development on Aritzia.com. As a critical member of the eCommerce team, you will bring leadership and extensive experience in Product Management to create this new capability at Aritzia.

THE JOB

As the Digital Product Senior Manager, you will:

• Define and build out the PM function at Aritzia using Agile
• Build new tools and features for our innovative social selling platform
• Own the feature roadmap for the digital platform including marketing technologies, App and customer facing Digital Technologies in Retail Stores
• Lead the continuous improvement of eCommerce platforms for global domains
• Manage the digital product road map, including optimization and expansions opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

The Digital Product Senior Manager has:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Product Manager for a leading retailer or eCommerce business
• A background in software development such as Computer Science or Engineering
• Familiarity with leading eCommerce platforms including marketing technology and analytics vendors
• A Passion for all things Digital and thought leadership in this space
