Digital - Product Senior Manager At Aritzia

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Digital Product Senior Manager, you are responsible for the digital product road map including Aritzia’s eCommerce platform and the ownership of feature development on Aritzia.com. This position will be part of a dynamic team of Product Managers at Aritzia, bringing solid leadership and extensive experience in Product Management to create this new capability at Aritzia. You will be a critical member of the eCommerce team in driving forward the portfolio of eCommerce initiatives.

As a key member of the eCommerce team you will make an impact at Aritzia by:

• Creating/defining/ and building out the PM function at Aritzia using Agile
• Building new tools and features for our innovative social selling platform
• Owning the feature roadmap for the digital platform, including marketing technologies, iOS App and customer facing Digital Technologies in Retail Stores (e.g. Clientelling)
• Leading the continuous improvement of eCommerce platforms for CA, US and INTL domains
• Managing the digital product road map, including optimization of existing platforms and expansions opportunities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

As a top rated specialist you are a driver of innovation and a subject matter expert with a history of successfully creating and implementing the latest and greatest best practices in your field.

In addition, you have:

• 7 years plus experience as a Product Manager for a leading retailer/eCommerce busines s
• A background in software development that could include Computer Science and/or Engineering degrees
• Familiarity with leading eCommerce platforms including marketing technology vendors, analytics vendors
• Passionate about all things Digital, a respectful thought leader and advocate.
