As the Art Director, Photography you will embody and identify with the Aritzia brand, taste level and aesthetic. You will ensure the highest level of creative output through the ideation, creation and development of creative initiatives across our product catalogue.
The Art Director you must have an innate level of good taste – an eye for beautiful, innovative and engaging creative and the ability to apply sound, business-centric creative judgment to the output of a variety of print and digital content.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
As a best in-class seasoned creative, you use your expertise and taste level to define a vision, and drive innovation across all Marketing Communications. As an entrepreneur you look past what ’is’ and see what ‘could be,’ with recognition that it takes collaboration, detail and heart to be successful.
In addition, you have:
- 5+ years of experience at a design agency and/or in-house design team.
- Proven experience directing Photography for a global fashion and/or retail brands
- Be creative and bring a fresh perspective while working within the brand and project parameters.
- A strong sense of style and taste level
- An understanding of the Aritzia customer
- A passion for the Aritzia brand
