The Customer Relationship Marketing Manager will manage and collaborate with stakeholders to support the evolution of Allstate Canada's CRM strategy, which includes customer lifecycle management and supporting the enablement of integrated marketing programs. Key business objectives are to enhance our ability to retain existing customers by developing lifecycle programs that improve revenue per customer.
The role will use data analysis about customer behavior and history to improve customer relationships specifically focused on customer renewal/retention and driving profitable lifecycle growth.
Work with agent infrastructure, distribution enablement, data analytics and business intelligence teams to help develop targeted customer marketing campaigns and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives based on predictive models and segmentation.
Contribute to the development of a customer communication framework to govern frequency and cadence, with a focus on communication prioritization, renewals and cross selling of new products.
Contribute to the development of evolved CRM capabilities including the development of business cases to support prioritization and resource allocation .
Assist the development of a single, 360 view of a customer to make decisions on identifying high-value customers and manage messages
Develop pre and post campaign analysis reports and collaborate with manager in data analytics on tracking and monitoring of campaign performance.
Actively contribute to the overall marketing planning cycle and support Marketing team.
Define, develop and execute targeted campaigns and reduce attrition in key segments.
Provide relevant high quality lead analysis for contact optimization of marketing programs, particularly the use of control groups and post-analysis.
Synthesize data to identify trends and deliver key insights and make business recommendations.
Be marketing lead on key CRM enhancements and campaign management tools.
Understand how Allstate's risk appetite should be considered in day to day marketing activities and decisions
5 to 7 years in Customer Relationship Marketing Experience
University or College Degree in Marketing or related field
Strong prioritizing, planning, analytical, presentation , people management and inter personal relationship building skills
Strong Leadership and People skills
Enjoys a challenge and can see the big picture
People Management Experience
Excel and Microsoft Access Skills
Statistical knowledge and some BI reporting stills (such as Tableau) is preferred
Superior communications skills both written and oral
