Business Development Associate (affiliate marketing experience required) At All Inclusive Marketing

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

At All Inclusive Marketing (AIM), we set the standard of excellence in Performance (Affiliate) Marketing, and in everything we do. We are known as being leaders in driving new customer acquisitions and profitable sales growth for our clients through strategic based, pay-per-performance partnerships.

In a key, prospective-client-facing position, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business, conversing with Senior VP’s of Marketing and Executive level client contacts, ensuring monthly goals are met. Reporting to the Founder & CEO, the Business Development Associate will confidently and professionally represent AIM and the company’s values, foster new relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of the company. Core Accountabilities

  • Responding to and vetting inbound leads
  • Developing a pipeline through outbound sales efforts
  • Nurturing prospective client relationships
  • Developing and strengthening Strategic partnerships (for purposes of gaining qualified sales leads)
  • Timely follow-ups, responses, and outreach to potential clients
  • Closing new business for AIM – hitting monthly and quarterly targets
  • Assisting and supporting CEO with new client opportunities

Required Skills and Experience

You MUST have…

  • At least 2 years of affiliate marketing OR network/platform experience
  • The ability to articulate how the affiliate channel fits into an organizations overall marketing mix
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to travel to visit clients and attend conferences, as necessary
