Marketing Communications - Products Campaign Manager in Product - Montreal At Air Canada

The Marketing Communications – Products Campaign Manager is responsible for the implementation, quality and on-going management of marketing communications and promotional campaigns that support the commercialization of Air Canada’s products.

  • Execute and manage all Air Canada communications programs and initiatives that support Air Canada’s products, including but not limited to aircraft, cabins, seats, in-flight entertainment, food and beverage, fare and upgrade options, preferred and advance seats, etc.

  • Provide guidance and feedback during the development of all communication touch points.

  • Analyze primary and secondary data, current market conditions and competitor information to determine marketing communications requirements for existing and future products

  • Manage and execute multi-media campaigns that may include broadcast, print, radio, online, social, e-mail and Out-Of-Home

  • Participate in the development and delivery of annual marketing communications plans to promote existing and new products/partnerships - work closely with internal subject matter experts

  • Prioritize projects and campaigns aligning with corporate and brand objectives – develop and deploy yearly campaign calendars

  • Act as the key point of contact to business units. Develop strong, cross-functional, cooperative working relationships with external partners and other branches impacted by marketing communications activities (Product Design, Corporate Communications, Call Centre, Customer Relations, eCommerce Team, Premium Marketing Partnerships, etc.)

  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing communications activities and results to direct manager – Communicate return on investment

  • Collaborate with external service providers and agencies, with regards to the delivery of projects

  • Build strong relationships with internal clients and partners based on trust and understanding – manage expectations

  • Ensure brand identity and guidelines are respected – in collaboration with Brand strategy and Brand design team

  • Analyze and organize information for presentation purposes

  • Contribute to the achievement of corporate annual objectives and targets with integrity

  • Participation in projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  • University degree in Business, Marketing or Communications option or equivalent

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience

  • Strong analysis, research and innovation skills

  • Solid decision making skills

  • Comfort and ease with matrix organization

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude to motivate and engage with colleagues, customers and external communication agencies

  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment assisting colleagues whenever possible

  • Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently

  • Ability to work in a high pressure, dynamic environment

  • High levels of ingenuity, creativity and initiative

  • Practical knowledge of digital mediums including internet and social media channels

  • Experience working with agencies

Bilingual (English and French)
