Ancillary Revenue Manager - Non Air - Montreal At Air Canada

The Ancillary Revenues – Non Air Manager, is responsible to analyze performance of non air Trip Add-on related ancillary sales and identify opportunities to increase revenues by adjusting existing products and/or proposing new products. This position reports to the Manager Ancillary Revenues – Non Air.


  • Develop reporting metrics to track Non Air Ancillary performance and report on progress.

  • Analyze sales data, conversion rates and product mix to evaluate effectiveness of current Travel Add-On options.

  • Identify sales gaps and take corrective actions by adjusting prices, developing campaign opportunities and adjusting product offerings

  • Stay abreast of and communicate industry developments with the intent of maintaining a best in class customer trip planning experience.

  • Evaluate proposed partnership opportunities to determine revenue potential

  • Continuously post audit existing product performance and previous campaigns to proactively execute changes to improve performance going forward

  • Work with CRM team to develop new analytics that allow us to increasingly offer relevant Add-On options for customers that drive conversion, increase revenue, and add customer value.

  • Participate in cross functional teams to increasingly integrate Non Air Ancillaries into the all aspects of the customer shopping experience.

  • Develop integrated analytics that identify and articulate the value of Non Air Ancillaries into the customer wallet proposition.

  • Develop Analytics that track the growth in share of wallet and total trip spend and work with CRM to link that back to individual customer with the intent of continuous improvement.

  • Analyze customer trends to continuously provide insight into what Add-ons are relevant for our customers.

Qualifications


  • University Degree required. Specialization in Business or Marketing is a definite asset

  • Previous experience analyzing Ancillary data or customer focused analytics are an asset.

  • Strong background in commercial aviation is an asset

  • Strong ability to manage risk

  • Self-starter and ability to work under pressure with changing priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and Power Point applications.

LINGUISTIC REQUIREMENTS
Based on equal qualifications, preference will be given to bilingual candidates.
