The Office Manager is an operationally, all-encompassing role which supports company operations by maintaining and growing office systems and supervising staff. The role is responsible for the day to day operations of the local office, supporting senior management, service managers and all programs and teams, ensuring that the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will work independently as part of a larger team and must have a high degree of professionalism, drive for results and efficiency and have strong analytical skills. To be successful in this role, a keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal skills are critical.
