AIM Experts is a leader in the automotive software industry and we are looking to add 2 junior account managers to our growing team. Your role, if selected will be to ensure our existing clients are happy with the software products we provide. As Account Manager you oversee and manage all aspects of assigned accounts. You will work closely with the Sales Team, the Integrations Team and the Support Team. You will be responsible for the entire life cycle of our clients, with the most important emphasis on retention.
We think that proactive account management is the best way to keep our customers and the software users happy. We actively try to identify when our users are beginning to have issues, before there is a real problem. You have an eye for detail and can spot potential and real issues easily. You are proactive and are able make change happen.

For this position, you will need a reliable modern computer, stable and quick internet connection, and a quiet space in your environment to work in. Fluent spoken and written English language is a must, and you also must be comfortable talking with our clients over the phone. This is a full time, 40 hour per week position. Preference is given to candidates that have performed the role of account manager in a previous job
