Your contribution at AIG
Process accounts payable, commission receivables and update policy statuses for all carriers. Creating transaction uploads for Quickbooks subledger. Update and improve the AIG Direct commission revenue database. Use Crystal reports to analyze and report pertinent information for management review. Budget and Forecast data creation. New hire data input and agent reporting. Quarterly E&O insurance reporting. Update and track policy premium, lapse data and revenue spreadsheets through month. Create deposit files. Cross-train on bonus reporting Ad hoc reporting for Executives, Project Management, Compensation, and Administration. Other projects as assigned.
This is a non-exempt position reporting to the Finance Director. Hours may vary according to due dates for Bonus reporting, monthly and quarter end report preparation, and other special projects that may occur. (Occasional weekend hours.)
