The Pharmacy Sales Representative plays an integral role in the development marketing of AHF Pharmacy’s services. By representing AHF on a local and state-wide basis, the Pharmacy Sales Representative has the ability to deliver AHF’s mission to patients and Providers who could benefit from our services. By creating strong, long-lasting relationships that drive business, the Pharmacy Sales Representative is able to build and sustain the presence of the AHF Pharmacy in their region. By brining patients into our pharmacies, which helps to fund the care and treatment of all AHF patients worldwide, the Sales Representative can contribute to many individuals in a very unique way.
The Pharmacy Sales Representative creates business plans and marketing strategies to target areas within assigned region with call points related to HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis. The person in the role assists our patients with understanding the importance of medication adherence, as well as guides them through their managed care systems. The Pharmacy Sales Representative also assists in the resolution of customer or Provider complaints, ensuring our patients are receiving the highest level of care.
By being a team-player, and assisting members of AHF’s many business lines, the Pharmacy Sales Representative can enhance the overall experience of their coworkers. In addition, providing feedback to their manager about how service could be improved, can help to ensure operations are running at the highest level of productivity.
