The Jr. Media Buyer contributes to AHF's mission by helping the Associate Director of Media Buying and others in the Marketing Department to better serve the company and community.
The Jr. Media Buyer supports the Associate Director of Media Buying in the executions of purchasing media space for multiple clients, including television, radio, digital, outdoor, print media and etc.
Through project management skills and tools, the Jr. Media Buyer ensures the timely success of marketing projects. The responsibilities include working closely with all marketing business lines to execute strategies for media projects with the Associate Director of Media Buying.
The Jr. Media Buyer should be a proactive problem solver and be able to function independently. Works closely with Creative Print, Creative Media, and Copy Writing teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and to ensure deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in invoicing, managing budgets and expenses, and inventory & shipping. Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
