To develop a health and safety strategy, provide strategic leadership and direction to senior management for effective health & safety execution. This is achieved by establishing senior management accountabilities and responsibilities including defined physical work environment conditions, providing an effective Safety Management Systems and the protecting the health and well-being of employees, contractors, sub-contractors and visitors.
Lead a team of OH&S Managers, Subject Specialists and Coordinators that provide advice and support to line management throughout ready-mix, aggregates, asphalt and contracting. Continuously monitor and improve safety performance by ensuring compliance and maintenance of US and LafargeHolcim H&S related directives. Drive adoption and standardization of best practice in OH&S in collaboration with operational staff.

Required Education: Bachelor’s/University Degree

Required Work Experience: 10-15 years of experience in a similar leadership position
