We're a team of 45 people, founded in the UK five years ago. Today we have successful, fast-growing offices in London, New York, San Francisco, Sofia (Bulgaria) and Woodbridge (UK), and are now looking for a talented and ambitious Associate who can join our team based in Chelsea, Manhattan.
Our customer-facing team includes a blend of specialist functions spanning insights, strategy, planning, creative production and campaign execution; this enables us to deliver end-to-end Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for some of the world's biggest and fastest growing tech and telco brands including Cisco, Pure Storage, Salesforce, Sony, Samsung and Zendesk.
We opened our office in New York in late-2017 and have grown rapidly in terms of customers and colleagues. As a relatively new team we very much embrace a start-up mentality and want all our co-workers to feel they have the opportunity and responsibility to shape our culture and working atmosphere, regardless of their nominal seniority or tenure at the company.
As such, all team members in New York are actively involved in defining and driving the 'internal' aspects of building our business, ranging from contributing to hiring plans and team structure, building out relationships with potential partners, steering commercial growth plans, selecting and designing office space as we expand, and driving our own marketing efforts.
The role is initially offered as a paid three-month internship. However, as we are rapidly-growing our team for the long-term, we are particularly interested in candidates who will subsequently be looking for a permanent position, should the role prove to be a good fit.
As part of this role we will provide training, hands-on experience and guidance around a whole host of different digital marketing tools and techniques, but there are a few things we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Interest and understanding of digital marketing trends: We want somebody with an understanding of how businesses use modern marketing platforms to interact with their customers and prospects. You might have built this up through your own projects to date or in an academic setting
- Organization and time management: Each team member is asked to work on several projects at any one time, so organization and time management skills are essential to ensure you stay on top of things
- Communication: From day one you'll be required to communicate effectively with your colleagues, and as you become a more established team member, you'll also be required to communicate with clients and third party vendors in an informative and professional manner
- Hardworking and self-motivated: We're looking for someone who will get stuck in and help out wherever they can, while learning the skills to become a successful marketer
We're looking for a candidate who is beginning their career in digital marketing and has a natural interest in the way that new platforms and technologies can be used to communicate with people in innovative, engaging ways.
