Rare opportunity for a dynamic person! Agent Publishing is looking for a marketing coordinator to join the business side of our team. The marketing coordinator handles a wide variety of responsibilities and requires skills that are administrative, business-minded, sales-related, with some editorial needs. The role provides assistance in the efficient running of the company and requires full-time hours in our Lincoln Park office. No remote working, so we are looking for Chicago-based applicants only.
Agent Publishing creates publications and products for the residential real estate community in multiple markets and we have a very tight-knit team. The best candidates are personable, sharp and stylish as this position is often the first contact with corporate clients. Candidates must be comfortable taking ownership of projects and working independently but is able to collaborate effectively with other team members to meet deadlines. The right person will be self-motivated, detail oriented, possess exemplary communication skills, and be ready to constantly discover new ways to help the company in our mission. He/she must be supremely reliable, responsible, have a can-do attitude, a sunny disposition and enjoy getting things done.
